Founded by the Ramírez brothers: Jesús, Rosalio, and José. Our journey began with small renovation projects and house flips on the south side of San Antonio. Over time, that hands-on experience grew into a deep understanding of what truly makes a home work: thoughtful design, smart functionality, and a connection to the land.

Easy Home was born in 2017 from a simple yet powerful idea: homes should be made for the people who live in them… not the other way around.

Today, we proudly build in some of the city’s most sought-after areas, including gated communities in Stone Oak and surrounding towns like Selma, Garden Ridge, Pipe Creek, and Lytle. Our team knows Texas soil, inside and out (quite literally). With a background rooted in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and family-owned businesses, we approach each project with the eye of a builder and the heart of a homeowner.

But what truly shaped our vision was something more personal.

Jesús Ramírez, one of our founders, is also a father to a daughter who uses a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy. As he searched for a home that fit her needs, he realized most houses weren’t designed for real families with real challenges. That’s why every home we create is treated as a unique project, not just another transaction.
